Is the registered agent consent form required to be filed with the Utah Secretary of State?
Utah does not publish a separate registered-agent consent form. The agent-filed Commercial Registered Agent Change Filing is filed by the Commercial Registered Agent itself, updates the agent’s roster of represented entities in a single filing rather than entity-by-entity, and triggers a flat $52 fee regardless of how many represented entities are on the roster. The Commercial Registered Agent must provide advance written notice to each represented entity before the change takes effect.
